Sylvia Duluc-Silva is a Florida-based immigration attorney with over seven years of experience in immigration litigation, crimmigration, and appellate advocacy. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and she practices before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
Throughout her career, Sylvia has worked on hundreds of immigration and removal defense cases—including detained representation, asylum litigation, motions to reopen, bond hearings, and complex BIA appeals.
